0x1mt provides digital software subscriptions for PC optimization tools designed for gaming performance enhancement, specifically for FN, Apex, and WZ. Our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon successful payment.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

4. Payment Terms

We offer the following subscription plans:

• 3-Day Access: $4.99 (recurring every 3 days)
• Weekly Access: $13.99 per week (recurring)
• Monthly Access: $24.99 per month (recurring)
• Lifetime Access: $74.99 (one-time payment)

Recurring subscriptions are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the subscription period has started and access to the software has been granted. Please review our separate Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at 0x1mt.creator@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell access to our software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0x1mt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
