Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of 0x1mt software subscriptions are final. Once your subscription period has started and access to the software has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

2. Digital Goods Delivery

Our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon successful payment. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we cannot offer refunds after delivery has occurred.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Technical failure: If we failed to deliver access to the software due to a technical error on our end and were unable to resolve the issue

To request an exception-based refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge with details of the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Chargeback Warning

Filing a fraudulent chargeback (disputing a legitimate charge with your bank instead of contacting us) is a serious matter. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in:

  • Permanent ban from all 0x1mt services
  • Reporting to Stripe's fraud prevention network
  • Potential legal action to recover funds and associated fees

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
